1. Nature of the Service

Cowave Global ("we", "us") provides candidates of our Training and Employment Program with shared access to 100+ premium third-party AI software tools. Access is delivered as a resold/shared access service using authenticated browser cookies and session IDs injected via our official Chrome extensions. We do not own or operate the underlying third-party tools and we do not transfer any account ownership to you.

2. How Access Works

• Our extensions inject pre-authenticated session cookies and tokens into your browser to grant you access to the third-party tools.
• These cookies and session IDs remain the property of Cowave Global at all times and are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use only.
• Sessions may expire, rotate or be revoked at any time without notice.

3. Permitted Use

• Use is strictly limited to the candidate to whom credentials are issued.
• Use is permitted on one trusted laptop or desktop only.
• Use must comply with the terms of service of each underlying tool provider.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Extracting, exporting, copying, reselling or sharing the cookies, session IDs, authentication tokens or any credentials provided through the extensions.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, modifying or redistributing our Chrome extensions.
• Logging in from multiple devices, sharing your access with any third party, or using automation/bots to abuse the service.
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially redistributing access in any form.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate and permanent ban of your ID and may lead to legal action.

5. Cookies, Sessions & Data

By installing our Chrome extensions and using this service you acknowledge and consent that:

• The extensions read, write and manage cookies and session storage on the domains of the supported third-party tools strictly to enable access.
• Minimal usage telemetry (such as which tools were opened) may be collected for fraud prevention, abuse detection and capacity planning.
• We do not sell your personal data. We may revoke access if abuse is detected.

6. No Warranty

Access is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability of any specific third-party tool, or uninterrupted sessions. Underlying providers may change features or restrict access at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, in particular for any breach of these terms. On termination your right to use the extensions and the provided sessions ends immediately.
